Bridgewater Township, Washtenaw County, MI was formed in 1832. This video clip tells about the naming of Bridgewater and some of the firsts in the Township. This is a clip from a lenghty vdeo that is narrated by Lucille Blumhardt at the Town Hall. The original video contains the entire history meetin in 1987, scenes of Bridgewate & the Michigan Historical Marker Ceremony. The videographer was Gordon Wild.
